Our clients had their home on the canal for a few years, but were ready to give it an upgrade and make it uniquely their own. Modifying the Kitchen and Master Bathroom layout opened up the great room to enjoy the relaxing water views and created a luxury spa like feel in the Master Bath. Custom elements like the large bi-passing barn doors to divide the studio, maximize the functionality of the space so many can enjoy. Though it was originally intended to be a rental property, after the remodel the clients have decided to keep the home exclusively to themselves.
